Shelli was raised on a southeast Nebraska cattle farm. Growing up, she excelled at showing livestock, playing sports, and praying for a horse! Shelli is a graduate of Northwest Missouri State University and Kansas State College of Veterinary Medicine where she met Brad.

Brad was raised in northeast Nebraska and started riding horses as a small child. He started training horses as a youth and enjoyed a fun and successful youth show career riding American Quarter Horses. Brad is a graduate of the University of Nebraska and went on to earn his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree at Kansas State University.

Brad and Shelli have been married since May 10, 2008. Together they enjoy raising world class American Quarter Horses, playing volleyball, cheering for the Huskers, and spending time with family and friends.
